 Shipping Policy

We take great pride in packaging your items with care so they arrive to you securely. However, once the package has been processed and left our facility we are NOT responsible for any delays.

* After all orders are processed we will ship your order within 2-3 days. During peak seasons time my vary but we will always try our best to ship out as soon as we can.

 

*Any lost packages must wait a minimum of 15 days before a claim can be made directly with USPS for a refund. Upon purchase an email will be sent to you along with a tracking number so you can monitor your package every step of the way.

*If your packages arrived damaged/broken please take pictures and contact customer service immediately by filling out the"Contact Us" form or by sending us an email at transcentscandles@gmail.com and we will try our very best to assist you on how to proceed with a claim. Once we receive your package and confirm upon inspection your return or exchange is approved, we will process within a 7 day window.
